Who we are
JCAV is led by Jack, an active musician and experienced AV professional based in Berwick. His crew are working musicians and live-event technicians who understand what events demand from both sides of the stage.
That background shapes how we work. We know what it feels like to be on stage. We know what it feels like when something goes wrong in front of an audience. That same attention goes into every job, whether it is a live show or a business event that matters to you.
At JCAV, the technical decisions are made by people who have been in that room as performers. It changes how the work gets done.
How we work
You tell Jack about the event, the space and the audience. He will work out exactly what AV support you need. From there, the approach gets shaped around what the event actually needs.
No inflated gear lists. No upselling services that do not serve the brief.
Pricing is scoped honestly to the job from the first conversation.
If dry hire is the right answer, that is what Jack will recommend. If the event needs full production, that is the conversation you will have.

Where we work
JCAV is based in Berwick and works regularly across:
South East Melbourne: Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Pakenham, Hallam, Dandenong, Endeavour Hills, Beaconsfield, Officer, Clyde North, Lynbrook, Hampton Park, Frankston and surrounding suburbs.
Gippsland: Warragul, Drouin, Traralgon, Moe, Morwell, Sale, Leongatha and Bairnsdale.
Regional Victoria: Wherever the event is.
Regional venues, non-standard spaces and events outside the CBD are familiar territory.
Regional events have their own challenges. Venues that were not built for events, tight access windows and long drives between bump-in and showtime. Jack plans around all of that upfront, so nothing catches you out on the day.
